When do we open?
50th Street Caboose - The kitchens are open from 11:00 am - 11:10 pm Sunday - Thursday, and 11:00 am -12:10 am Friday and Saturday.
The sports bars are open until 2:00 am everyday.
Copper Caboose - The kitchens are open from 11:00 am - 10:10 pm Sunday - Thursday, and 11:00 am -11:10 am Friday and Saturday.

Can my child get free game play for good report cards?
Yes, if you bring your report card up to the Caboose, we will give out
$10 free game play for all A's, $5 free game play for A's and B's, and
$2.50 free game play for A's, B's and C's.

Are you hiring?
We are always accepting applications for all positions. You may come
to either Caboose between 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday and pick up an application from the bar.
What items can you find on the Caboose menu?
Lubbock's originally beef and chicken fajitas, burgers and
fries, Lubbock's best Mexican food, baby back ribs, fried and grilled
catfish, large salads, hot wings and boneless chicken wings.

Yes. Please ask a friendly manager for packages and special
offers at either location.
When did the Caboose restaurants open?
Copper Caboose at 4th street and Boston Avenue open in 1977. The
50th Street Caboose at 50th Street and Slide Road opened in August of
1990. Paramount Caboose in Amarillo opened in 1997 and closed in 2001.
The Copper Caboose new location at 56th Street and Avenue Q opened in
2001.
